New Holland Agriculture’s range of T7000 tractors is designed for optimum performance, enhanced flexibility and minimum maintenance requirements.
“The T7000 range consists of four models the T7030 (123kW), T7040 (134kW), T7050 (145kW) and the T7060 (157kW) – which boasts increased power, more transmission options, less fuel consumption and reduced noise levels,” says Peter Askew, managing director of New Holland Agriculture. “A useful feature of these new tractors is a sophisticated headland turning system which is easy to operate. The farmer simply programmes certain tasks repeated at the headland of a field into a computer and the tractor then automatically carries out these procedures.”
These tractors are equipped with a newly developed 6,73 ℓ New Holland engine (previously a 7,5 ℓ Powerstar ™) and a common rail fuel system which electronically controls the injection of diesel into the combustion chamber under high pressure. This facility improves ignition and ensures that optimum power is generated while saving fuel.
Four valves per piston improve fuel distribution and airflow in the combustion chamber. With the fuel allocation controlled electronically, it is possible to increase the power of these engines by 26kW.
All tractors are equipped with an 18 speed PowerShift transmission. Power takeoff speed can be varied from an economical 540 rpm to 1 000 rpm, to handle a wide range of power equipment and implements.
New Holland Agriculture strives to offer the agricultural sector a broad product choice, a comprehensive range of quality branded and competitively priced parts and an efficient after sales service to its carefully selected distributor network.
